Hailey Brooks loved to dance. Her joy overflowed, and she poured into her family and friends. She touched more people in 11 short years than many could hope to in a lifetime.
Hailey was tragically lost in November of 2022.
The Shine Like Hailey Foundation was founded in early 2023 to provide scholarships and programs to enable young people to experience the world through dance.
We were initially funded through an outpouring of generosity from more than 1400 family, friends, and even strangers that were moved by Hailey's story. This is her legacy.

As we sit here 2 months out from the date of the horrific events that took our sweet daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and best friend, we all still struggle to wrap our head around the fact that she is no longer physically here with us daily.
